  • Ezra Saffati

    Ezra Saffati is co-founder and principal of Majestic Acquisitions, LLC and its affiliate, Encore Realty Advisors, LLC and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Ezra’s responsibilities include the procurement of prime retail, office and mixed-use properties both within and outside the five boroughs of New York City. Ezra’s extensive and invaluable knowledge, as well as his strong relationships within key sub-markets, is what sets him apart in a market that is constantly evolving. Ezra is well-known in the industry for his respect and consideration of landmarked buildings and districts. His sensitivity towards history and heritage is what allowed him to completely arrange the off-market purchase of 139 Spring Street in SoHo, home of the prestigious fashion house of Chanel, for a record-breaking price of $112M by Invesco Real Estate (NYSE: IVZ). Ezra spends his spare time working with various charitable organizations that aid local and international communities.

  • Ross Mezzo

    Ross Mezzo is co-founder and principal of Majestic Acquisitions, LLC and its affiliate, Encore Realty Advisors, LLC. Ross is a graduate of Hofstra University where he majored in psychology. He began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) where he established a commercial division and became First Vice President of Investments. Throughout his career, he has produced in excess of $1.0 Billion in sales transactions. Ross' signature transactions include: the sale of 1450 Broadway, a 365,000 SF office building in Manhattan (Times Square) for $204M on behalf of Edward J. Minskoff Equities and The Moinian Group; the sale of 346 Madison Avenue, home to the Brooks Brothers flagship store, for $137.5M; the ground up development of The Dylan at 309 Fifth Avenue, a joint venture between Urban Development Partners and Washington based, Bentall Kennedy, for $130M, among many others.
